A Deeply Transformative Healing Experience

This two-hour private session is designed to help you release emotional blocks, reconnect with yourself, and integrate deep healing. Unlike traditional breathwork, this session blends counselling-led conversation, conscious breathing, and guided meditation, offering a truly holistic and unique experience.

We begin with a 30-minute exploration, where we gently uncover what you’d like to focus on during the session. This time allows you to set an intention and bring awareness to any emotions, themes, or patterns that may be present.

Next, we move into grounding exercises, helping you connect with your body and feel safe, supported, and present before diving deeper.

The heart of the session is conscious connected breathwork, a powerful technique that quiets the thinking brain and allows you to access expanded states of consciousness. In this space, inner wisdom, deep insights, and messages can arise, guiding you toward clarity and healing.

We conclude with 30 minutes of sharing and integration in a safe, supportive space. As a trained therapist, I hold space for you to explore what came up during the breathwork, helping you process and integrate the experience into your life with care and understanding.
