Designed to release emotional tension, regulate your nervous system, and restore balance, this session allows you to fully surrender and reconnect with yourself.
What to Expect:
✨ Quick Check-In – We begin with a brief check-in to set your intention for the session, helping to shape the experience based on your needs.
✨ Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork – You’ll be guided through a conscious connected breathing practice, helping you release stored tension, shift stagnant energy, and access expanded states of awareness. This breathwork journey is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner clarity.
✨ Guided Meditation & Integration – After breathwork, we move into a gentle meditation, allowing your body and mind to integrate the experience. This helps you absorb the insights and healing that emerged during the session.
✨ Indian Head Massage (20 minutes) – To complete the session, you’ll receive a deeply nurturing Indian head massage, working on the scalp, neck, and shoulders to release tension, improve circulation, and promote a profound sense of relaxation. This is a beautiful practice to have after an emotional release, helping you feel held, grounded, and fully restored.
