This breathwork journey is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner clarity.

✨ Integration & Reflection – After breathwork, we move into a gentle meditation, allowing your body and mind to integrate the experience. There will be a short space to share what came up, helping you process any insights before closing the session.

✨ Grounding & Closing – We finish with grounding techniques, ensuring you leave feeling centered, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself.
