I’m so glad you’re here. Let me tell you a bit about me and the work I’m offering.
Healing isn’t linear. There’s no perfect roadmap, no one-size-fits-all solution, and no set way to do it. But I do know this—breathwork is one of the most powerful tools for transformation I’ve ever experienced.
Our bodies hold onto so much—stress, trauma, emotions we’ve buried deep, things we thought we had moved past. These experiences don’t just live in our minds; they settle in our nervous systems, our muscles, our bodies. Breathwork allows these emotions to rise to the surface, giving us a chance to release, process, and heal in a way that words alone often can’t.
What makes my approach different is the combination of breathwork and therapy. Through my background as a counsellor and therapist, I hold space for what comes up after breathwork—giving you the chance to talk, process, and truly integrate your experience. It’s a holistic approach to healing that brings together body, breath, and mind, helping you reconnect with yourself in the most profound way.
The reason I believe so deeply in this? Because I’ve been on this journey too. I’ve found deep healing through breathwork, energy work, and counselling, and I still do. I know firsthand how powerful these practices are, and that’s why I’ve created an offering that combines them together—so you can experience the benefits of both in one deeply transformative session.
This isn’t about quick fixes or bypassing emotions—it’s about learning how to be with yourself in a new way. A way that feels safe, nurturing, and empowering.
